What Lee's been cooking

I get asked all the time about how Lee is liking culinary school.

He loves it! It's keeping him busy, for sure.

Learning to break down a whole chicken

Inevitably, they ask next, "What is he cooking now?"

This semester, they're learning how to prepare meat.

Poultry...

Lee's cornish game hen was ranked #1 in the class

Seafood...

Lobster!

Beef and lamb...

Lamb lollipop with a mint chutney

And pork...

Pork spare ribs

And I get to try most of it.

Yay for me!
