30-Day Challenge: Take a walk

I took a month off from my 30-Day Challenges in September. It was nice to have a break, but now I feel the need for another challenge this month.

It's been a little crazy at work and with other fun things I'm doing lately. I'm usually happier when I'm busy, so it's good. But lately, the craziness is making me a little batty and I haven't been taking care of myself lately.

So, October's 30-Day Challenge is to take a walk. Every day. For exercise. For mental clarity. For my well being!
