What's making us happy this week

It's been a rough last few days, so I've really needed to look for random things to help with my happiness levels this week.

After one of those rough days at work, Lee and I headed to our favorite store ever--Smith's Marketplace--and went grocery shopping, one of our favorite activities. That made the day tons better.

I know our married-with-kids friends laugh whenever we say it's one of our favorite things to do together and promptly wag their fingers at us and say, "Just you wait--when you have kids, then you'll see it's not as fun."

Personally, I think Lee and I will have fun in any situation, so I'm not worried about it.

What's making Lee happy this week:

• Though Real was down going into last night's game, RSL pulled out a victory!
• The Hubble Telescope sees an asteroid with 6 tails
• Dubai has a pretty small police car budget
• Elevator bed
• Disney Princesses with beards - LOL!
• Don't cry. If you don't, you need to go see a psychiatrist because you are heartless.

What's making Winter happy this week:

• My inner band geek was SO happy when I watched this
• This appealed to me on so many levels, including the Winter who never really learned how to draw
• We already love Good Mythical Morning, then I discovered Ear Biscuits. I loved the interview with Hannah Hart especially.
• Especially after the time change, I've been trying to find new ways to fight my SAD
• One of our favorites--3 years running!

Anyway, here's to the weekend and all the fun, exciting, joyous things that weekends always bring!
